How do I create a quiz question that handles placing items in order?

Hello folks,
I am trying to go beyond simple true/false and multiple choice questions but I am finding many of the other quiz options rather limiting.
For instance, I have question which requires placing four items (text) into the proper order. This was easy to accomplish in Captivate 4 but I cannot find an appropriate quiz type in Lectora X.
In Captivate, there were a number of ways to do this... the simplest was to instruct the student to enter a number between 1 and 4 (to indicate proper position) beside each item.
Any suggestions?
My potential choices are:
Fill in the Blank (only allows for one BLANK!)
Matching Pairs (won't work b/c unless I include distractors, the question cannot be answered until the correct sequence is made)
Drag and Drop (same as above)
This is so frustrating. Grrr...
