Course closing when published.

Everytime I try to publish this particular course I get two error messages and the course closed. The usual publish box opens up with a message that says initializing error check, then a Lectora error message that says its encountered a problem and needs to close pops up obviously when I click on it it closes the course. I have looked through my entire course and see nothing strange. Any ideas? Everytime I try to publish this particular course I get two error messages and the course closed.
