Do you use the delay on the other object that works fine? If so, take the delay off the problem one. I have had some problems with the delays but I thought they were delays on the actions that showed the object. In any case, take all your delays off and see if you still have a problem. When you say "action on the page" is that a page level action? or a button that shows the object? I seem to remember that I had some problems attaching actions with delays to objects with transitions or something like that. In any case, try removing the delays and see what you get. ben
