Audio on and off

I have a lectora course 2007. I want there to be narated audio for the pages which has to be individual sound files since the user is clicking next to get to the next page. BUT my customer wants to be able to turn the entire audio on and off in the beginning of the course before it starts? How do I do this - I need easy to follow directions please - audio is new for me. Thanks
