Amen brother... I recently engaged an Ed.D, and I am a MA ED, regarding the necessity and my firm belief that I have a "duty" to entertain adult learners... She disagreed, okay with me, but at the end of the day, who remembers what, who remembers which teachers, who remembers topics, learning objectives etc. My answer, will nearly always be: Those who were engaged on different learning levels and who nearly entertained. My goal is to always get the learner to a point where they forget they are "Learning" because they are so 'into' the topic / course.Working with Mini would be a blast, you can tell from the marketing alone that they are much more liberal and target a more energized demographic.I bet its fun being you sometimes!
