printing course

BenYou are right... there is a bit of maintenance involved... but not really too much. I used to work from the Word doc first, that was the master, then create in Lectora what is on the Doc... the online course was a mirror of the doc. However, back then I only coded in HTML and not SCORM or AICC compliant and did not use an authoring tool, but simply created the courses in HTML and then posted in our own proprietory LMS which navigated for the user.I will have to assume that the requestor of this information in this post will be satisfied with a general print of the information contained in the course, maybe even a "spark note" type of document. In that way the doc does not need to be as verbose as the actual course and needn't be updated to the "t".I like your idea of PPT to Lectora and have the customer sign off on things...
