Control How Question Numbers are Displayed in the Test Results Output
January 26, 2012 12:00 AM
I had to replace my matching questions because of learner complaints that:
a) sometimes the selections and matching with the line did not always work. I have never been able to replicate this problem but 8% of my learners reported this problem.
b) The test results are nearly indecipherable as 1-2, 1-3, 2-2, etc.
I am not holding my breath for Trivantis to improve Lectora test functionality... so...
I decided to change my questions to fill in the blank. To do so, I have combined 4 questions on one page and internally labeled them as:
Question 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d
...because they are all part of a single question. I am not so concerned that the learner can now get partial marks.
But the problem is that the test result page now displays this single question as:
Question 1, 2, 3, 4
This is not acceptable... is there any way to change this WITHOUT enabling the lame "Customized Test Results"?
Thank you very much!
