Streaming Video

Is there any way to set useful actions on Streaming Video? The main function I am trying to pull off is to not let a user leave a page until a video is done playing. Problem is, that the 'On: Done Playing' function doesn't seem to work to well for Streaming. Seems like the function happens when the file is done caching, not playing. I was thinking of setting an action to happen on timing, but I don't trust setting an action to happen in 200 seconds, but I am not sure I trust the timing on something like that.If I encode a video with tagging info, will that info carry over in streaming?How about external software like WiMp. Anyone ever use those *s?
