Change default word wrapping on double click

When you have a text block which is not sized to fit the text in it, it has that little + sign next to it. I have a few suggestions for this...
1) When you double click on it, it currently moves whatever is clicped to the next line. We should be able to adjust the default, or the default should be, to expand the width of the box instead of the height.
2) You only see the + on the text block when you click on it. I think that's something that would be usefull to have always on, or have an option to have it always on. I usualy don't notice that it even happens until it's published and reviewed, where as if I saw that + I would know there was an issue.
3) An option to resize all text blocks to fit the text in them. This is especially useful when working on a template with things like questions and you cahnge the question to something with more text. You then need to resize each text block in the question one by one.
