Randomizing Test Questions

Anyone know how to score a test and report it to the LMS while in Random? THe Submit button gets randomized too. Can I possible make the Submit button a global to the test but only show itself when all the questions have been answered or somthing like that?Anyone know how to score a test and report it to the LMS while in Random?
