Histoy addition to Table of Contents

I think a great addition would be if the TOC could show you what pages you have been too. I have a lot of courses where the completion is dependant on the user viewing every page. Sometimes if a user misses a page, they could have a tough time pinpointing what page it was.
I know there are other ways to show that, and I do have indicators on it, but it would be amazing if the user could look at the TOC and quickly see what pages they have visited.
