SVG in Lectora 16
January 10, 2016 12:00 AM
Untill today i thought Trivantis overlooked the bonuses SVG has in multidevice tools.
But then i had to check the html-name of a shape i wanted to change with Javascript in Lectora 16 and as a big surprise...a good one, i noticed those shapes are SVG now.
Thumbs up for the engineers at Trivantis. Opens up quite some nice new options for my bag of tricks :-)

Indeed not yet alas. For now you can only use svg as elements in a external htmlobject or with code/javascript.
Any instruction or example on using SVG with Lectora? It is not an recognized image to import.

Thanks!
Is this still the case? Anyone know? Trying to use DrawSVG from GSAP and it appears svgs are not acceptable imports.

Sounds like the HTML extension is the way to go?
Either you use it as Darrel does, or use Javascript to create a Canvas to work upon. You can use Lectora elements, but all you do is out-of-the-Lectora-box...
@Klaatu : you keep forgetting to include JQuery ;-)
