Not Implemented Error

I SCORM-published a course using Publisher 4.1 and loaded it into a SCORM-compliant LMS. The course contains a short 5-question quiz which requires a passing score of 80. Once you complete the quiz by pressing the "DONE" button you are given your scorecard with correct answers (as it should) and then once you press "OK", if you did not pass the quiz you are redirected to a "You have Failed this course..." page and if you passed it takes you to the requisite "You have passed..." screen. Let me clarify, that is all what is SUPPOSED to happen. :] What I am actually seeing is that, once the "DONE" button is pressed the scorecard appears. Once you click "OK" to close the scorecard, 5 "Not Implemented Error" error windows pop-up. Once the first error window appears and you click "OK" to close it, the 2nd "Not Implemented Error" window appears, you click to close, etc... for a total of 5 of those same windows.After the 5th window is closed, you are then taken to the "pass" or "fail" screen no problem.
