Great idea! Can you elaborate on how one would implement this? I tried it and the code you recommended just showed up as text on the page. Should I insert the external html object inside the first chapter or somewhere else in the hierarchy? Where does it go?Another thought...I imagine that I could try to add something post-publish to the index.html file or titlemgr.html or content.html that would control the top frame. Any thoughts?
