"Answer all questions" not working...

Hello all...I have a course whereby there are 20 questions total, with 2 questions on each page. Each question being a simple multiple choice format. On each page is also a simple NEXT button with an "on click > go to next page" action.I have the content of the quiz whereby the box is checked that ensures the user is to answer all questions before advancing to next page. No feedback is to be given until clicking the "done" button (on click > submit score function) which provides the scorecard.However I find that when I view the course (whether locally or otherwise), I am able to just go and click the next button and go all the way to the end of the course without answering a single question and when i click done - gives me a "0" for getting all answers wrong. My answer given on the scorecard is simply listed as "not answered".I'm wondering if the next button is over-riding the setting requiring them to answer each question?
