flash causing lag-time?.

I have a flash file on a Publisher 4.1 page and the latter contains two standard, run-of-the-mill "back" and "next" .gif buttons outside of the .swf.When someone goes to the page in question with the .swf file, and clicks on the "back" or "next" button, it will not allow them to advance until the flash file is done loading.Anyone else encounter this?Thanks,Kevin
