external HTML in Publisher 4.1

I am unsure how to this is used. If I just want to create a custom table within Publisher 4.1, can I create same using Insert External HTML command?Many thanks -Kevin

You have to publish the content out to html first before any html/javascript code can function as it must be run in a web browser. I'm also having trouble with this feature. I'm trying to solve a work around for outlined content and can't get it to render it. I select Other as the type and paste the code and it comes up with whatever unrelated mess it wants.I'm also having trouble with this feature.
