One way that works for me is to change the question names of the section I am going to copy. Question_0011 becomes Qa11, Question_12 becomes Qb12, etc. Then save the entire test or test section as a library object and use it later. If you have two sections, make one Qa and the other Qb. All this requires fore-thought which is not always available- having made this mistake myself many times.
