Weekly Reports

I wasn't sure if the CourseMill forum was the best place to put this, but I couldn't think of a better spot, so here we go:
How would I go about creating a report that would only pull information for the most recent week. For example, I want to schedule a report to run (and be e-mailed to me) that shows me all the students who completed Course X within the past week. Currently, this report shows the totality of the student completions, meaning that a) the list will be bigger every week, and b) I have to sift through all the users from previous weeks to find just the individuals I am looking for.
Ideally, the report would run from something like 12:00 am on Monday to 11:59 pm on Sunday, then be e-mailed to a distribution list. Anybody got an idea how to accomplish this?
