Media Sync: Issue

Hi - this error has happened to me a few times. In the past, I was able to restart the application and it returned to functional without any problems. Do you have any advice as to what is causing this?

Ok. So we had our IT Department re-install the application and it resolved the issue. Unsure what is happening with the stability.
