Fill in the Blank Questions

Is there any way to remove the isEmpty check on the question? It currently forces a popup if not all the entries are filled in. I looked around for a setting, but nothing obviously popped out at me.
I have 9 fill in the blanks on one page for a form activity quiz question, and some can be left blank if the user decides not to complete the form properly.
Solution
Never mind. I found the setting I was missing at the Chapter level that "Student must answer each question" .
