LMSSetValue Error: Not Implemented error

Does anyone have any insight on how to investigate this error? It only happens when I attempt to submit my knowledge check to the LMS.
Also, when I attempt to mark the AICC_Lesson_Status as completed it throws the error of LMSSetValue error.

Upon comparing my two modules (English and French), I was able to find that the setting under the LMS Information > Conformance Level was changed to SCORM 2004 as opposed to 1.2 .

That is the reason!! The LMSSetValue is based on the version of SCORM in the course.
