You could also contact the company and ask them to what extent you can use their clipart in creating stuff for sale. Then you would have documentation. Some kind of a generic set of questions, not just one.Can we use your software to create courses, papers, graphics, web sites, etc. for commercial use?What copyright limitations are there?Can we embed the buttons and other clipart that comes with your software in courses, papers, web sites for commercial use? (We do not intend to sell the buttons or clipart outright.)Do we have to pay any royalties other than the license for the course?
