Delayed in opening

Ben et al.As a general rule you should NEVER save directly to a flash, thumb, floppy drive and use it as your sole storage medium.I taught MCSE courses for years and have worked in IT prior to becomming an ID, and can not tell you the number of save failures I have seen for this practice.If you value your data, save it locally to a drive, preferrably a network share, then if you are anal, a back up on your local drive. Then after both of those are successful, COPY the files to a thumb drive or similiar. This is the safest way to do this consistently.Lastly, try not to MOVE files over a network because this often fails. ALWAYS copy files over the network, and then after confirmation of a successful copy to another location, go to the original location and delete the original - why - because there is no Recycle Bin for networks and if the MOVE fails, you just lost your data into Gumby Land. The same applies when copying to thumb drives, copy do not move.Hope these help.
