What constructive feedback do you seek?

We haven't yet launched e-learning on a terribly large scale, so our survey includes much of what yours does, as well as a question about how comfortable the learner is (in general) with online training. It also asks learners to rate the training environment, which may not necessarily have been a quiet computer training area. These questions help me put the learner's responses about the training in different contexts, which could be valuable if objections arise but the real reason someone has a negative response is that s/he hates online training on priniciple or was expected to get through it at his/her workstation (with many ongoing distractions).Johnny
