Delayed in opening

Try as the previous poster suggested to create a small sample .awt file. Save this file to your preferred location. Then click on the .awt file and see how long it takes to open.Next click on the Lectora Icon on your desktop and then direct it to the .awt test file you created. Compare the two times.Finally, go back to the .awt file for the project you tried to open (that you referenced during your initial post) and click on it and see the time it takes.Lastly, do as you initially suggested and click the Lectora Icon and navigate it to the .awt file of your project you referenced in your post and compare those times. Doing this will tell you which takes longer, if clicking on the lecora icon or the .awt file directly.Also, you might have some network issues if the old and new test .awt file is located over the network.Post an update if you can.Bradley Fredrick
