Delayed in opening

Is it just me, or has it been a problem with other users? I'm betting it's a computer issue.Sometimes, I'll go to open Lectora, and it does nothing. Nothing comes up. I wonder if I did indeed select it, so I'll do it again. It pops up then. About 5 to 10 minutes later, my original request finally goes through, and I see the Lectora screen pop up again as it tries to run another session. I've even left a computer alone after trying to open Lectora and watched it do nothing until the screen pops up several minutes later.Is my computer causing grief? Is it a bug within Lectora? I've seen it happen with multiple computers, but they could all be set up the same way. I've not seen this problem when I double-click an .awt file and open Lectora through that method. Only from the Start menu.Naturally, this is on a Windows machine. Windows XP to be precise.Kevin
