How Do I Embed a Vimeo Video Into Lectora 21?

I'm am looking around, but I have found myself in a time crunch since we just switched to Vimeo to host videos. Grabbing a link and dropping it into the course is apparently blocked by our IT, and I'm told I have to embed the video.
How do I do this? I have the embed code, but where in Lectora do I put it?

Hi - here is a knowledge base article that should help. The primary steps are ensuring that in Vimeo, the video itself is set to allow embedding, then in Lectora, to use an HTML Extension to add the embed code.
