Hangman game questions are 'undefined'

I've got the Hangman game with five questions in a course, which looks fine in the Preview Mode, however once it hits my browser, I get "undefined" where the questions should be. If I select any character the head of the hangman appears, but it also counts the question as correct and goes to the next question, which also shows as "undefined."
Details: using Internet Explorer and Lectora vX.3.
Any idea how I can fix this?
