General Question on Video

Just curious to see what everyone uses for incorporating videos into their material. What does everyone see as the benefits/drawbacks of the different file types?

I use Camtasia Studio, it's a good video capture/editing software. There's different file types to publish your videos, I use MPEG 4 on my courses.
