Why does Lectora Online intermittently tell me someone else has logged in?

Someone else is not actually logging in. When I open the main dashboard, I then select a project I'm already working on or start a new one. This in turn opens another window separate from the dashboard. There doesn't appear to be way around this. Lectora is viewing this as someone else logging onto my account and shows a warning window. I can continue working as long as I do touch the window. If I do it shuts it down. THis continues in a loop, never fully letting me log into a class clean. I have restarted the browser, rebooted, and cleared the cache which did not solve the issue. This does not happen all the time. THere are times I can have two separate projects open without any issues.

@azsafety. Are you cookies turned on and what browser are you using?
