ELearning Brothers Audio Asset Placement Issue

Its great to have access to the Stock Assets section within Inspire Tools. There are useful tools and time savers there. Like all tools from ELearning Brothers, its nice to pick an asset and have it placed directly into the course. The audio section has a large collection of various audio mp3s. When I preview the course the mp3s play fine. When I publish the course, it sounds like static.
Does anyone have any tips to prevent this?

Can you provide a sample course or audio file in which this is happening?
This is not a course. It is an example of what happens when a file downloads straight from ELearningbrothers on to the file. I thought all the audio files on the site were MP3. Has there been challenges with wav files in the past?
