What makes a good e-learning couse?

There are so many things such as the right fonts, navigation, ... Below are my top 3. Chunk the material and give the learner some kind of structure to organize what you are telling them about.2. Don't give too much - they can only absorb so much in a given session. Overload happens much more quickly in e-learning than in a classroom.(Drum roll please. )1. Engage the learner with activities that connect the learning to the job. Every few pages give an activitiy or two that has job related 2nd person questions. Example: You just found out that the production for a new employee is below acceptable limits. What is the first thing you would do? In other words, have questions that involve the learner and apply the content to the job.
