Writing Question

Does anyone have a suggestion for writing style for this media? I do have the Handbook of Technical Writing Fifth edition and maybe the most recent addition addresses writing for this media. I try to write grammatically correct but also where it stands out. I especially have questions about bulleted list. Any help would be appreciated.
