Screen Recording Tool

I'm a new user of Lectora and I'm trying to determine the difference in using the built in Screen Recording tool, Camtasia, and Captivate. I'm very familiar with Camtasia and have used it a lot. I include Captivate because this message board has many references to it.What the strengths and weaknesses of each application and which works with Lectora best?
