Audio files not working in html

What format are you audio files in when you import them (mp3, wma, wav)? How are you setting them to play (autostart or using action)? can you upload a small section that contains what you have for review?

But when 3 others with different types of computers try to view the course that was published into html they can't hear the audio. One of those has Lectora and can view the course in Preview mode and hears the audio. I've turned the compression off and I've had the other check there Flash settings but the problem still persists.
