Audio files not working in html

When viewing a course in the Preview Mode everything works fine. When I publish into html and view course everything works fine. But when 3 others with different types of computers try to view the course that was published into html they can't hear the audio. One of those has Lectora and can view the course in Preview mode and hears the audio. I've turned the compression off and I've had the other check there Flash settings but the problem still persists.
