Video doesn.t Play

I'm guessing you used Camtasia Studio to produce the videos? The TSCC codec is used by Camtasia to produce .avi files, and comes with the Camtasia software. It is not generally installed on machines without Camtasia.It can be downloaded from http://www.techsmith.com/download/codecs.asp. If the video is required on multiple machines/locations, your best bet may be to produce it again using another codec if you need .avi, or in another format.
