Multiple Choice Question with Multiple Feedback

Hi Guys,
I am new to lectora and need help from you guys.
I have to build a multiple choice question with four options and Submit button. Please note that every option has different feedback. Now I am stuck with this and dont know how can I build this.
Basically I want to show different feedback each time user select an option and click submit.
Please help me guys.
