Change Instruction Text in Multiple Question

Hi Guys,
I am building a random assessment consist of single answer and multiple choice questions. Now what I am trying to achieve is that I have one multiple choice question where two answers are correct. The initial instruction text is "Select two correct responses" and when user select any two options the instruction text should change to "Click Next to continue".
I have no idea how to do that. I would really appreciate if someone can help me to solve this problem.
