How do you create a horizontal scroll bar for TOC?

Occasionally, there are page/chapter names exceeding the space provided for the TOC. The font size, title names, and TOC field size can all be adjusted. I have seen the horizontal scroll before, so it is possible.

Hi @azsafety The trick will be to narrow the TOC just a bit more so the text display space calculation kicks it into needing the horizontal scroll bar.
