Hey @radillard - If you can export the module as a zip file and attach here (assuming there is no proprietary info in the module), someone could test it for you and see if they experience the same issue. The most obvious action you need is the process test action - sounds like you already have this set, but just to make sure: (How the test behaves when the test is processed is managed in the test behavior tab).

Hello, @radillard. The more information you can supply, the more help people can give you. For instance:

• What version of Lectora are you using?

• Do you have any non-built-in actions triggered by the Submit button?

• What happens if you publish to HTML and view the course locally (not on any web server)?

• Have you tried publishing with Debug turned on, and seeing what actions are triggered when you click "Submit"? (This one is incredibly helpful, in my experience.)

There seems to be some issues with ReviewLink right now - I'm having some problems with this one I'm testing, and other modules I had in there previously. I know they recently gave it a facelift, and Lectora Online was being updated, so maybe there are some things happening behind the scenes right now related to the update. It might be a good idea to test out this module in your LMS to see if it is functioning as expected?

I was dabbling with the module to see any changes would help - You've done a good job with it as a newer user - what might be your next good step is to start adding objects at a higher level in your module if you want it inherited across all (or most) of your title so that you don't need to add on every single page (for example the background, logo, or nav buttons). Then on the pages you don't want them, just disinherit from the page properties tab. I did some of that so you can see how it works, and maybe compare with what you have. Don't overwrite your version, just download this one in another location and check it out to see how it might simplify things for you.

Im using Lectora 19.4 desktop version.

Originally the submit button I have pictured above was set to process that (final) question, then also process the test results.

I then added the next arrow on the bottom to process the test results instead. Both of these work only when viewing in Lectora.

Sometimes I receive a message "You must run this content from a web based server Not found"

Im not sure what you mean exactly when you mentioned "viewing the course locally"

Also how can I publish with Debug on? That does sound helpful.

Sorry, I should have explained that better. Publish the course to HTML, then click the Preview button. If you do that, Lectora launches a local web server on your computer (which I think is a very cool feature) and loads the course into that web server. It lets you test the HTML version without uploading to an external server.

I have found it very useful to create a free account at https://cloud.scorm.com. The downside of ReviewLink is that it doesn't record completion or test scores, so you can't test those features.

Publish >> [target-say SCORM 1.2] >> Publish. On the very large and complex Publish dialog box, about the middle, is a "Debug Published Content" checkbox.

@carlfink that's extremely helpful info thank you. I loaded it into SCORM cloud and I'm still having an issue having the test processed.

The first thing I notice is the very obsolete browser, Internet Explorer. If at all possible, please try a supported browser--Microsoft has abandoned IE.

It's saying the quiz score is zero. Looking at your uploaded course (not Adam's version), I see two questions, so where did Question 3 come from? Also, your submit button is actually a Process Question button, not a Process Test/Survey button, which I think is what you want. The error above seems to be from trying to move to the next question ... when there is no Question 3, so Lectora doesn't know where to go. Try changing the action to Process Test/Survey (and hiding the Next button on the last question).

@carlfink I added a question after I uploaded that zip and continued to troubleshoot. Here is an updated zip with question 3 added. I set the process test/survey action to trigger when the next arrow is clicked after the answer is submitted on the 3rd question page.

That would seem to be a SCORM file meant for upload to an LMS, not a Zip of the Lectora development files.

I am now getting a "Failed - Forbidden" error. That's almost certainly a server configuration thing.
