Importing Error

Good Morning,
When our training team attempted to upload a scorm I recently sent to them they received an error message.
"Error occurred while trying to scan the file Malpractice_Prevention.zip for virus.
The status returned by virus scan service was 400." *image of error and scorm attached*
I renamed the file in case any special characters were the cause, but the team is still having issues.
Could you please advise on addressing this issue?
