Lectora E-learnings not opening in Chrome

Morning all,
Our company decided to ditch IE and move on with Chrome, but we've had reports of the e-learnings made in Lectora v.19 arent opening in Chrome. Has anyone experienced this or have any helpful tips to remedy this issue?

This happened at my company, only with one browser and only on mobile. The company had pushed out a policy preventing popup windows from opening. It's a wild guess, but you might check whether some policy is blocking the courses. An easy test is to see whether they open in Chrome on a non-company device, if your setup allows for this.
