Test Buttons Not APPEARING - it's crazy!

I know I am missing something silly here, but I can't seem to figure it out. I have a quiz in a project and it works fine when in Preview Mode. But when I hit F9 to preview the buttons disapear...I have done countless exams and never had this issue... I must be missing something but after a day and a half tinkering with it... I conceeded I need help.I have saved the exam as a library object, which you can download from here in a zip file:www.bradleyfredrick.com/CCP.zip (Case sensitive)Any help is appreciated. I kept thinking the issue would just fix itself, but to no avail. I even deleted and recreated the buttons, but still no go.
