Video caching... what really happens???

You are probably right. Now that I give it thought, I don't notice latency on a page opening depending on the file size. Could always put a 2 page course out there. One page can have a 1 meg video and the other a 50 meg video. The fact is that most video's are progressive downloads. So the video will start playing before the whole file is down and cached. Being on a T3 Line, it is hard to test for slow down because most things are fairly fast.I understand what you mean about the LMS thing as well. Our LMS is hosted outside of us as well. I have to FTP courses to the Hosting team to get things posted, not fun.
