Remove Unused on Publish. Move is better

I do think this is a decent idea. The idea of an option to extract unused files to new folder is pretty good. However, the "keep freak" aspect of workflow is only going to clog your brains with paranoia.I check that box and happily delete UNUSED files at every publish. I can't purge unused files enough to satisfy my need to have things clean and tidy. Why would I want unused files?First off, you should never ever manually place any files into the folders that Lectora creates unless you understand how it all works. If you have additional files then you should attach them through the Additional Files tab on the title level. Also I concur with Ben about always storing your production files in a seperate location away from your AWT and its folders.I always set up my courses in a manner so that I can remove unused files without worrying about deleting something that is needed. I suggest you "Keep Freaks" try to ditch that habit. It's very liberating, and really forces you to clean up your process as well.
