"You must run this content from a web-based server Not Found"

Hey all,
I receive a message "You must run this content from a web-based server Not Found" while I run my course after its published in Scorm cloud & also when published as an html.
Does anyone know the causes of this error I'm receiving ?
Solution
This error is usually caused by the encrypt program being blocked from running on your computer. Here's a Knowledge Base article with an explanation.
