Loading Order of Items on Page?

I have often wondered if objects on a page load in the order they are listed on the page... or shall I say from front to back or back to front.Let's say there is an audio file on a page, which is set to not play automatically and then when this page loads, occasionally other items on the page (Published to SCORM - Lectora 2008) will load fast, but other items will take a while to appear e.g, TOC tree, until the audio has cached and the play triangle has appeared. So I was wondering if there is a relationship between the listed order of the items on a page that causes Lectora to display, or in this case, the need to cache them before it displays the next item on the page after publishing. If this is so then it would become necessary to put all audio files on a page at the TOP or BOTTOM of the order based on the criterion we discover, or even put items like TOC's at the top or bottom.I too have noticed that my TOC's do tend to take longer to load, but mostly when the page count exceeds 50 and each page has a uniquely sized TOC not the inherited one.Anybody experience this or am I just having one of those ID LOOPY DAYS?
