Disappearing Font issue

I have a very strange thing occuring with a program I have created using Lectora 2006. I have published my program to an exe format and I have disappearing text now. It all shows in run mode and edit mode but not once it is published. I have made sure that all text items are on top and the properties are all the same, however I have 3 titles of sections that show and the rest do not. If I change the font color on all of them, the ones that originally weren't showing now show up but the 3 that originally did do not. I even tried copying and pasting the ones that orginally show up and just changing the title names to match the new sections but that didn't work either.I am ready to pull my hair out or throw the computer out the window one, any ideas as to what my issue could be?
